Matt Eiting founded EM Research in 1991 with a mission to design frequency generation and conversion solutions that push the boundaries of performance and reliability. Matt is the principal innovator and visionary driving EM Research's engineering and product design. A hands-on leader, Matt is deeply involved in product development and technology roadmapping, with a finger on the pulse of the industry and an eye always looking toward what's next. When he's not in the design lab, Matt is likely to be dominating the local horseshoe pits or traveling with his wife Shirle and daughter Jessie.

Sandi Renden

Vice President Administration & Marketing, Quality Assurance Manager

Sandi Renden is an executive who identifies the best in organizations to deepen customer connection, produce game-changing branding campaigns and achieve targeted revenue results. She thrives in complex environments and drives initiatives that set new standards with lasting impact for best-in-class brands. She employs a people-first focus that inspires action, cultivates trust and builds enduring partnerships. Nick Hicks

Product Manager

Nick Hicks joined EM Research in 2008 as a test technician while studying electrical engineering. After earning his bachelor's degree in 2011, he spent five years as an Electrical Engineer and three as an Electrical Engineering Project Engineer, completing an MBA along the way. In 2019, he became Manufacturing Manager before moving to the sales team as Product Manager in 2022.

His firsthand experience with design, manufacturing, and testing supports EM Research customers seeking mission success. He's also willing to trade for your best fishing spot.

Tricia Hill

Senior Customer Service Specialist

Tricia Hill has been in customer service for 18+ years, serving both local and international communities. She cares deeply about the customer experience and focuses on delivering continuous communications. She is enjoying learning more about RF engineering, the Satellite Industry and working with people from both commercial and government organizations.

Tricia is a native Nevadan, who loves to read, paint and spend time with her husband and son.
